In your Discovery Call, we’ll take a look at your business operations and goals, then assess your daily struggles and sticking points. We’ll identify areas we can improve by implementing new workflows, systems and strategies that will allow you to scale your services and reach those business goals.

Not all projects can be completed in a day. Depending on the scope of work, we may recommend booking follow up VIP days, a 14 Day Discovery Package or a 3 Month Service to keep our progress in motion. We also want you to come away from your VIP day feeling that exhilarating sense of accomplishment, so a phased approach to larger projects will be recommended.

For the past four years I’ve been helping small business owners balance their workload and restructure their business processes to fit their needs and technical abilities, and facilitate growth opportunities.
Fun fact, I have a B. Sc. in Geology. I’ve worked in consulting for over 15 years, making my start in Mineral Exploration before stepping into Environmental Consulting and eventually venturing out as a self-made Business Consultant.

My technical training and background in science make me rather a nerd for numbers, order and infinite possibility, but with a healthy appreciation for entropy. Entropy, is often taken to be a measure of "disorder". It’s also a measure of the number of ways a system can be arranged.
